A wedding needs a space where guests are comfortable, speeches can be heard and the evening feels special. We rent tents, sound, lighting, platforms and stages from our own equipment.

Ceremony and reception are different spaces
A ceremony may need a small platform and clear sound for vows. A reception may need a tent, lighting and a dance area. Tell us both.
Weather plan
For outdoor weddings, a tent can be the backup plan or the main plan. Ask us to quote the tent either way.
Timing
Setup should be finished well before guests arrive. Share your schedule and we will plan delivery around it.
Delivery, setup and teardown
