Privacy policy

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons are useful, for example how many people open the quote form or click our email address. It does not record what you type into the form. The data goes to Google, which may process it outside Canada. We do not use advertising cookies.

What we collect

When you send a quote request we receive the details you enter: name, email, optional phone number, event information and your message. We use them only to reply to your request.

How it is handled

Requests are delivered to us through a Google Apps Script form handler, so Google processes the data on our behalf. We keep requests as long as needed to answer you and manage the rental.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email info@rentalstage.ca.

Draft: have this reviewed for your business before relying on it.
